Have an idea for a major reality show? John de Mol wants to hear from you.
The creator of the daddy of them all, Big Brother, is on the trawl for the next big idea and has set up a website inviting suggestions.
"This is a platform where people with good ideas can come," said de Mol whose TalpaCreative.com launches this week. Ideas will be paid for and the creators could land production team jobs.
