Dale bosses dismiss report
Emmerdale bosses have dismissed a Mirror report which claims that the cast is being overworked to exhaustion and that morale has sunk to a new low.
A soap spokeswoman said: "Hours have not been increased, it's not unusual to film on Saturdays and night shoots are the norm when working on a soap.
"Rumours of low morale are completely untrue - the show has just won two TV Quick awards and ratings are high."
