Dannii hopes for X Factor win
The X Factor judge Dannii Minogue is confident that she can repeat last year's triumph by mentoring the ITV1 talent show's winner again.
Dannii, 36, who's in charge of the over 25s, said: "Normally it's the category no one wants, but this year I think I've got a good chance of winning."
After winning with Leon Jackson in 2007, she added: "Simon Cowell loves winning but every category is strong."
Dannii has dismissed reports of rifts with fellow judges Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole.
Reacting to stories that Louis wants her to be replaced by Sharon Osbourne, she said: "He's trying to protect his own job by saying I'm being sacked.
"We're all having fun and Cheryl is fantastic at what she does. She's in the music industry and knows what she's doing."
Louis's group Girlband are the bookies' hot favourites to be booted off Saturday's first X Factor live show.
Ladbrokes rates them at 2/1 to go followed by Simon's charge Scott Bruton at 7/2.
Dannii, whose acts are Rachel Hylton, Ruth Lorenzo and Daniel Evans, told This Morning: "We have 12 fantastic acts and someone has already got to leave, which is amazing."
