F1: BMW retain driving duo
BMW Sauber have announced they will retain Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld as their drivers for next season.
Pole Kubica took the first win for the team at the Canadian Grand Prix and still has an outside chance of claiming the world championship title.
Heidfeld has struggled in qualifying but has been on impressive form in race trim, taking podium finishes in Australia, Canada, Germany and Belgium.
Mateschitz may keep team
Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz may decide not to sell the Toro Rosso team after the team's recent results.
The Austrian millionaire had revealed his intention to let the team go but after German driver Sebastian Vettel took victory at the Italian Grand Prix he has admitted he may reconsider.
Mateschitz told Salzburger Nachrichten: "It might happen that we leave everything with the team as it is."
