Blues issue Mikel claim
Chelsea have issued a High Court claim to reclaim the £16m fee paid to Lyn Oslo for midfielder Jon Obi Mikel.
The Blues claim that the criminal conviction of the Norwegian club's former chief executive Morgan Andersen renders the transfer agreement void.
A Blues statement read: "It is now clear that the transfer was based on the fraudulent misrepresentation that Mikel had a contract with Lyn."
