Andy MurrayAndy Roddick dashed Andy Murray's hopes of winning Wimbledon with victory over the British No 1 in their semi-final.
Third seed Murray fought back after losing the first set 6-4, breaking the American to love before serving out to level the match up at a set apiece.
Roddick failed to serve out the third before winning an epic tie-break, and won the fourth-set breaker to claim a 6-4 4-6 7-6 (9-7) 7-6 (7-5) victory.

The sixth seed dashed Briton Murray's SW19 dreams, serving an impressive 75% of first serves in en route to victory.
Murray said: "He served really, really well. Hitting at that pace at such a high percentage, sometimes there's not a whole lot you can do. I had a few chances and didn't take them."

Roddick said: "I had to play my best tennis to win. Not many people were giving me much of a chance. In my career I've had a lot of shortcomings, but trying hard isn't one of them."
