Fulham sign Johnson
Fulham have completed the signing of striker Andrew Johnson from Everton on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee, reported to be £10.5m.
The England international, 27, made 73 appearances for the Toffees after signing for £8.6m from Crystal Palace in 2006, scoring 22 goals.
Fulham boss Roy Hodgson told the club website: "I'm more than delighted we've secured his long-term services."

Andrew Johnson has hailed Fulham boss Roy Hodgson's perseverance in seeing through a protracted move from Everton.
The England striker had a medical at Craven Cottage in July and the transfer was finally confirmed on Thursday.
He told the club website: "I'm glad the agreement is done and I can concentrate on playing for Fulham. Roy Hodgson has been great and his support has strengthened my ambition to give 100%."
