Wasps 23 Bath 27

Danny Cipriani's return could not help Wasps to victory over Bath.

The hosts had led 16-12 at the break in Wycombe, with Riki Flutey crossing for a try and Cipriani kicking 11 points, Michael Claassens and Matt Stevens going over for the Rec men.

Peter Dixon's try and a Butch James penalty put Bath in front and, despite Tom Rees's score for Wasps, wing Joe Maddock sealed the visitors' win.

London Irish 28 Sale 6

London Irish ended Sale's record of not having conceded a try this season as they helped themselves to a bonus point at the Madejski Stadium.

The Exiles led 11-6 at the interval, with No 8 Richard Thorpe going over and Peter Hewat kicking six points, Charlie Hodgson doing likewise for Sale.

Irish turned on the style after the break, with Hewat, Alex Corbisiero and Sailosi Tagicakibau all crossing.
