Saint-Andre quitting Sale
Frenchman Philippe Saint-Andre is to step down as Sale Sharks rugby director at the end of this season.
Saint-Andre, who guided Sale to the Guinness Premiership title in 2006 having arrived in May 2004, will be succeeded by head coach and former Wales captain Kingsley Jones.
The club say Saint-Andre has decided it is time to "take on different challenges" and "move to pastures new".
Jennings plaudits for PSA
Sale chief executive James Jennings has paid tribute to the work of outgoing rugby director Philippe Saint-Andre.
The Frenchman is to leave his Edgeley Park post at the end of the season as he seeks "different challenges".
Jennings said: "Philippe has been at the heart of the club for the last five years and has helped make Sale a leading club. His legacy provides the foundation for our future success."
Jones tells of vision
Kingsley Jones is confident he can build on the work at Sale of Philippe Saint-Andre, who is to leave at the end of the season after a five-year stint.
Jones, head coach of the Sharks, will take on the vacant rugby director role.
He said: "I have a clear plan on how I will take the club forward, and also develop further the Sale Sharks Academy to bring through players on which our future success will depend."
