Gallas reveals team rift
Arsenal skipper William Gallas has revealed rifts in the dressing room are undermining the club's season.
The 31-year-old defender also claims some of his team-mates have approached him to complain about one member of the squad, who is six years younger than him but did not reveal his identity.
Gallas told BBC Online: "During the match you speak to this player and the player in question insults us."
Walcott has shoulder op
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed England winger Theo Walcott underwent surgery on his dislocated shoulder on Thursday morning.
Walcott, 19, suffered the injury on England duty ahead of the 2-1 friendly win against Germany and is expected to be out for at least three months.
Wenger said: "It was an accident that could have happened anywhere. I do not blame the FA for that."
Walcott covered by FA
Arsenal could be eligible for up to £1.5m in compensation for winger Theo Walcott's shoulder injury while on England duty, the FA have confirmed.
The FA insure all players on international duty and up to £100,000 per week can be paid out to clubs.
An FA spokesman said: "The FA is one of only a handful of national associations who voluntarily insure our players against injury on international duty."
