Chelsea 1 Bolton 1
Matt Taylor's stoppage-time equaliser cancelled out Andriy Shevchenko's goal to ensure Manchester United retained the Premier League title.
Chelsea suffered a further blow when captain John Terry was stretchered off with a partially dislocated elbow.
They beat Ali Al-Habsi when Shevchenko got the last touch on Joe Cole's deflected shot (62), though Taylor then capitalised on a poor clearance.

Terry: I'll make final
Chelsea captain John Terry insists he has a fighting chance of being fit for the Champions League final against Manchester United in Moscow next week.
Terry was forced out of the 1-1 draw with Bolton with a partially dislocated elbow, but was able to return to Stamford Bridge from hospital.
Asked if he would be fit for the final, Terry said: "I will be OK. I dislocated my elbow but there was no fracture."
Grant hails Ferguson
Chelsea coach Avram Grant congratulated Sir Alex Ferguson on winning his 10th Premier League title after a gripping season finale.
The Blues' 1-1 draw with Bolton proved inconsequential as Ferguson's side beat Wigan 2-0 to clinch the trophy.
Grant said: "I have sent a message to Alex Ferguson congratulating him. He is a great manager and a great person. It is amazing what he has done."
Megson ready to spend
Bolton boss Gary Megson revealed there is money for him to spend on strengthening his squad in the summer.
Wanderers sealed their Premier League survival against Sunderland and then ended their season with a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Megson said: "We have got some great assets at the club which we need to maintain and add to. I expect to have a busy summer."
