Williams to replace Tate
David Williams has been drafted into the Australia side to face New Zealand in Saturday's World Cup final.
The 22-year-old will win only his second cap after winger Brent Tate was ruled out after scans revealed a grade- two tear in his right hip flexor.
Williams enjoyed a memorable debut for the Kangaroos when he scored a hat- trick of tries as his side cruised past Papua New Guinea in the group stages.
