Man remanded over crash death
A man has been remanded in custody charged with causing death by dangerous driving over a fatal crash near Chesterfield following a police chase.
Shaun Mould, 31, of Southampton, faced Chesterfield magistrates after a car he was in crashed on the M1, killing rear passenger Steven Bellerby, 25.
Another man in the car, which was being chased, is charged with vehicle theft.
