Mother 'rang as reward rose'
The man accused of kidnapping Shannon Matthews has told how he was contacted by the Dewsbury girl's mother as the reward money for her discovery rose.
Michael Donovan told police Karen Matthews rang him when the reward hit £30,000 and "told me if it goes up to £50,000 she would ring me again".
Leeds Crown Court also heard he said he was not interested in the money.
