Solicitor denies misleading
The Doncaster solicitor said to be the highest earning in Britain has denied misleading sick miners so he could take cuts from their compensation payouts.
Jim Beresford, 58, and Douglas Smith, 51, are facing a tribunal accused of 11 counts of professional misconduct.
Mr Beresford insisted his firm would make sure its clients understood the arrangements they were entering into.
