Probe urged into man's death
The Government has been urged to order an inquiry after a man died following surgery at a Bradford health centre.
John Hubley, 58, died at the Eccleshill Independent Sector Treatment Centre in 2007 after keyhole surgery went wrong.
Leeds North West Lib Dem MP Greg Mulholland said the coroner at Mr Hubley's inquest listed a "catalogue of failures" at the health centre.
