£10.8m for revamp of schools
Doncaster Council has been allocated £10.8m from a new Government fund to transform primary schools.
In order to access funding under the Primary Capital Programme, the council had to submit a detailed plan setting out how it would revamp its schools.
"This will enable us to give all our young people the very best possible start in life," a spokesman said.
