Heart attack kills fireman
A firefighter has died after suffering a suspected heart attack on duty, West Midlands Fire Service has confirmed.
Brian Dean, from Bloxwich fire station, Walsall, died shortly after attending a call-out to an overturned vehicle.
A spokesman said colleagues tried to save his life using the fire engine's defibrillator but he was pronounced dead at Walsall Manor Hospital.
