Family slams drink-drive plan
The family of two brothers killed by ex goalkeeper Luke McCormick near Stoke say new measures to crack down on drink drivers are too little, too late.
Phil and Amanda Peak, from Manchester, lost their sons after McCormick's Range Rover hit their people carrier on the M6 near Stoke-on-Trent in June.
Mrs Peak said a lower drink-drive limit should have been introduced earlier.
