Cathedral statue damaged
Repair work is being carried out on a statue at the front of Exeter Cathedral after it was damaged by vandals.
The 100-year-old sandstone statue of St Methodius had its head broken off and was then pulled 10ft to the ground.
Last year, yobs threw cobblestones at the cathedral's stain glass windows. A spokesman said: "Vandalism is a fact of life that we have to live with."
