Apology over botched tests
Somerset hospital bosses have said sorry to hundreds of patients recalled for tests amid fears they may have been wrongly given the all-clear for cancer.
A helpline has also been set up for patients who had a colonoscopy at the Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre between October 2005 and March this year.
Dutch surgeon Ben Mak resigned in April after a review of his work.
