Reserves paid for services
TUESDAY The Assembly Government used reserves for public service commitments when it published its £15bn budget.
Promises to reduce waiting times and changes in early-years education will be partly funded by using more than £200m from the public reserves.
Finance minister Andrew Davies said that public services had to tighten their belts.
