Warning over homes pledge
FRIDAY The credit crunch might force ministers to rethink a pledge to create 6,500 cheap homes by 2011, a Cardiff Business School report says.
The warning came on the same day as figures showed a big rise in home repossessions.
The study says the target looks difficult although social landlords provided 1,533 new homes in 2007/08.
