'Tough decisions' over budget

The Assembly faces "tough decisions" about how to spends its £15bn budget, finance minister Andrew Davies said.

He said the government has been able to dip into reserves to find an extra £60m for primary schools, £117m for the NHS and £30m for transport.

He said: "In this challenging economic environment tough decisions have to be taken about how we spend our funds."
