Assembly considers organ law
MONDAY The Assembly government said it would consider introducing presumed consent on organ donation, even if the UK Government rejects the idea.
The Assembly does not have the legal power to introduce an opt-out donor register, but it can apply for the law to be varied.
Public meetings have been held around Wales to gauge support.
