£9.2m investment to make jobs
A £9.2m investment in the SA1 Swansea Waterfront development will help to create 120 jobs, a minister said.
Waterstone Estates plans to build a 132 bed hotel and restaurant plus a Tesco Express store.
Ieuan Wyn Jones, minister for the economy and transport, said that the investment sends out a signal that "Wales is a place to do business".
