Accused 'attacked man in row'
A murder trial witness has told Cardiff Crown Court that his friend attacked a man after a drunken row in Bridgend.
Ross Frewen said that Joseph Thomas attacked passer-by Nicholas Baty, 48, who had been showing concern towards another friend who was drunk.
Thomas, of Trem Y Mor, Brackla, denies murdering the 48-year-old on the basis that he was acting in self defence.
