A convenience store in Bristol has been robbed by a man who took a bottle of champagne before escaping on a bicycle.

The man threatened staff at McColls in Charlton Road, Westbury-on-Trym, before taking the alcohol and some cigarettes from behind the counter.

He left the store and cycled away towards Pen Park Road with the staff chasing after him, police said.
