An Asian man has been attacked and racially abused by five young men in Bristol, police said.

The 49-year-old was walking on Bridge Walk when the group punched him in the back of the head and kicked his back.

The victim was not treated in hospital. Four young men who were arrested over the attack have been released without charge, a police spokesman said.
