Man attacked with weapons
A man has been attacked by three young people in Banbury using what police said were blunt instruments, possibly pieces of wood.
The man, who was with a woman near Wood Green Leisure Centre, was hit about the head and body and ended up in hospital.
Police said the unprovoked assault could "easily have left the victim with far more serious injuries".
