NHS trust told to improve
Great Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust, which took 42 minutes to send an ambulance to a woman who then died, has been told to improve its service.
Student Rebecca Wedd, 23, was hit by a car as she walked along the A433 near Coates in Gloucestershire in May 2007.
The commission launched a review of the trust and noted improvements but urged it to continue to cut response times.
