School sets GCSE grade record
An all-boys school in Oxford has broken a national record for top GCSE grades in this year's results.
Of the 90 pupils at Magdalen College School, 97.51% recorded A* or A grades setting a new record for boys' and co-educational schools.
Over a third of all exams passed were at A* while a third of the year group scored 10 or more of the top grades.
