Match tribute to youngster
A minute's applause has been held before a Championship football match in tribute to a promising young Reading FC player who died on a canoeing trip.
Stewart McEwan, 13, who was signed to Reading FC's academy, died during a school visit in Wales last Saturday.
The Reading players wore black armbands as a mark of respect to the goalkeeper before the match with Southampton.
