Development gets green light
Councillors have given planning permission for a small housing development in a residential area close to Berwick town centre.
Developers Northern Southern are to alter an existing building which was formerly the town's Labour Club.
Under the plan in Ravensdowne, the owners aim to build one new property and nine flats on adjoining land.
