Man in court over rape
A Galashiels man has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of attempting to rape a woman.
Kevin Johnston made no plea or declaration and the case was continued for further examination when he appeared on petition.
The 34-year-old was released on bail with special conditions, including not to approach the alleged victim.
