Drivers targeted by mobile

Young drivers in the region are to be targeted using the latest mobile phone technology in a pioneering road safety initiative by the Scottish government.

Road safety messages will be sent directly to the phones of thousands of young people at cinemas in Scotland.

The technology works by beaming a film clip on to the person's phone as they arrive in cinema foyers.
