Chalets plan set to be axed
Plans to build 10 holiday chalets near a Peeblesshire village are set to be rejected by Scottish Borders Council.
Simon Gibbs wants to build 10 timber log cabins off the A703 at Milkieston Toll House, Eddleston.
But the scheme has attracted objections over road safety, flooding and the character of the area. Planners have recommended councillors refuse the bid.
