Plea over imported drums
The brother of a Hawick man who died after contracting anthrax has called for tighter controls on the importation of potentially-contaminated drum skins.
Michael Norris, 49, spoke out at the start of an inquiry into the death of his brother, Christopher Norris.
Artist Mr Norris, 50, is thought to have died after playing anthrax-contaminated West African drums.
