OAP jailed for drug smuggling
A grandmother has been jailed for 13 years for smuggling £1m of cocaine into the country through the port of Dover in her mobility vehicle.
Ambrozine Heron, 77, and her daughter Paulette Chambers, 49, from Birmingham, brought 16kg of the drug from France in her specially-adapted Nissan vehicle.
Chambers has also been jailed for 14 years at Canterbury Crown Court.
