Fire sparks home evacuation
Elderly residents were evacuated following a fire at a care home near Canterbury over the weekend.
A total of 25 firefighters tackled the blaze at Ellen Court in Nargate Street, Littlebourne, which broke out just before 5.15am on Sunday.
One elderly man was treated at the scene of the blaze for the effects of smoke inhalation.
