Guantanamo man in court win
A London man held at Guantanamo Bay has won a ruling in his bid to disclose documents he says help prove evidence against him was obtained using torture.
High Court judges ruled information necessary for Binyam Mohamed's defence must be given to his lawyers.
Mohamed, 30, faces a US military trial for terrorism offences and possibly the death penalty if found guilty.
