Man crushed by paper machine
A father-of-two has died after being crushed by a paper folding machine at a printing works in Peterborough, the health and safety executive said.
Ian Ebbs, 43, of Morton, Lincolnshire became trapped in the machine at the St Ives Web publishing plant.
The maintenance engineer suffered severe internal injuries and died in hospital. An inquiry has been launched.
