Glitter has Cork aim
Paul Cashman believes Glitter Baby will not disgrace herself when stepping up to Group company for the first time in the Give Thanks Stakes at Cork.
The 5yo won with any amount in hand at Galway a week ago but faces a tough task against the likes of Irish Oaks fourth Chinese White in the Group 3.
Cashman "She has come out of her race at lway in good shape. I would be hopeful without being confident."
Tough task for Baby
Paul Cashman is under no illusions as to the task faced by Glitter Baby when she lines up in the Group 3 Give Thanks Stakes at Cork this evening.
The trainer said: "We have no option but to run in Group races now as she was raised 11lb for winning the other day and she's not really a handicapper.
"If she could run in the first half- dozen it would be grand and if we could get her placed, it would be fantastic."
Learning about Heroine
Tommy Stack's once-raced Unsung Heroine steps up from her Fairyhouse maiden win into Group 3 company in the Give Thanks Stakes at Cork this evening.
Stack's son and assistant Fozzy said: "She met a fair filly when she won her maiden and it was a decent little race.
"She has improved a good bit since then but she is up against some top fillies now and we will know more about where we are with her after this."
