Madness are considering making a new album in record time, PS can reveal.

Speaking before their Madstock festival on July 17, Suggs said: "One reason for making our current album is that I always thought we had one more great record in us."

He added: "I'd like us to do another record really quickly. That'd be a first, but the idea of recording something on the spot appeals to me."
