Lib Dems back 2p tax cut
Lib Dems will put a demand for a 2p cut in income tax at the heart of their Scottish budget proposals, their leader will tell delegates in Edinburgh.
Tavish Scott will tell his party's autumn conference the call will be at the heart of a "radical" package.
This will also include demands for a genuine local income tax and new investment on marine energy as conditions for supporting the SNP.
