Tories want lost data report
An urgent inquiry has failed to report a month after it emerged that personal data belonging to 5,000 prison officers had gone missing, the Tories said.
Justice Secretary Jack Straw ordered the inquiry after a computer hard drive containing personal data belonging to prison service employees went missing.
Shadow justice secretary Nick Herbert demanded that Mr Straw answer a series of questions about the loss.
