Post offices 'must close'
A Government minister has maintained that a post office closure programme is necessary because the network continues to lose £500,000 every day.
Business minister Pat McFadden said the scale of technological development in the UK was centrally connected to the changes facing the post office network.
He will tell the National Federation of Subpostmasters' conference that service providers have to adapt to change.
