Court action over print jobs

Sacked workers at a print firm which made books by Delia Smith, Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson are to mount a legal challenge to their redundancies.

All 287 employees at Butler and Tanner Printers Ltd were sacked by post, leaving them owed nearly £400,000 in wages and pensions contributions.

Union Unite said shop stewards are proposing to take court action to try to secure their members' money.
