No release for silent inmate
A foreign criminal is being held in a British jail despite completing his sentence two years ago.
Authorities are holding the inmate at Peterborough Prison in Cambridgeshire because he refuses to reveal any personal details.
Home Office sources say he was jailed for wounding and aggravated burglary but as he will not speak authorities decided it is not safe to release him.
