Youth 'admitted killing Rhys'
The teenager accused of murdering Rhys Jones admitted to the killing after the shooting, Liverpool Crown Court heard.
Prosecutors claim that a 16-year-old defendant known as Boy M told police Sean Mercer, 18, said he had "just shot someone and that a kid had gone down".
It is claimed that Mercer blasted three shots over the car park of the Fir Tree pub in Croxteth last August, hitting 11 year-old Rhys. He denies murder.
